Hello all I have at toshiba e-Studio 3500c installed on my school and suddenly it just stop to print trough the network. When you send a file to the printer nothing happens. Well I can ping the printer, I can access their GUI, and if I go to the printer and connect a laptop direct to the ethernet port I can send files to print after I've restart it. I ran a port scan on the printer to see if my firewall was blocking something but all doors are opened on the printer. After that I've configured the workstations to find the bonjour protocol instead to use the server queue. And when you send something to print that way it starts to spooling but always stop around 17% and stay stuck there. A message like that appears Spooling LPR job, 17% complete I've called the printer supplier but their insist to say the problem is on my network. Could anyone help me on that? Thanks Ronald.
