I recently installed One Note for Mac after using One Note for Windows since it's original release. I have been unable to solve the puzzle of how to successfully password protect a section or sections within a notebook. Note: The information in this article applies to the most current version of OneNote for Mac.Like most modern software, OneNote is frequently updated to add new functionality and to improve existing features. There are key sequences and tags that relate to password protection (for sections) in the drop-downs and elsewhere, however, after trying all sorts of combinations and alternatives I just can't seem to get the program to assign or recognize a password related to a section.
